The Water Glass Analogy: Simplifying the Experience of Distress (Beginning Series)

About Course

The Water Glass Analogy: A model to simply understand and address the experience of distress.

Life's challenges—whether in work, relationships, finances, or health—can significantly impact our emotional and physical well-being.

If feelings like anxiety, irritability, or depression are familiar, the Water Glass Analogy offers a pathway from stress to serenity. This simple yet highly effective model, developed over more than 20 years in private practice, helps you first easily understand the experience of distress. Next, it provides very clear, direct guidance and instruction on what to do when you’re feeling that distress is getting the better of you. It also explores addiction and behavioral patterns that detract from your quality of life.

This course, comprising two videos and a self-audit workbook, empowers you to harness this self-analysis tool and implement strategies for a more balanced, healthy life.
